Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when booking services and information processed when you use our websites or mobile applications:
Contact Information
Name, email address, phone number, and mailing addresses.
Moving Details
Pickup and delivery addresses, moving date, inventory of items, special requirements.
Payment Information
Credit card details are processed securely through Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
Usage Data
Information about how you interact with our websites and apps, including IP address, browser or device type, app version, pages or screens used, and error diagnostics when configured.
Mobile application data
The Driver app processes precise or approximate location for availability, custody evidence, and active jobs. Background location is collected only after your permission, after you enable it in the app settings, and during an active job. The Customer app uses foreground location only when you choose to fill an address from your current location.
The apps access the camera, photos, or documents only when you choose to capture or select a file for registration, job evidence, custody handoff, a damage report, or a claim. They do not scan your photo library in the background or retain a camera feed.
If you enable notifications, we associate a push token and limited device details with your account to deliver service messages through Expo, Apple Push Notification service, or Firebase Cloud Messaging. Sign-in credentials are kept in device secure storage. Biometric verification is performed by the operating system; Next Movement does not receive your fingerprint or face data.
For the configured feature, we use Supabase for authentication, database, file storage, and server-side processing; Stripe for payments related to physical services; Expo and Apple or Google platform services for build distribution and notifications; and Sentry for minimized error diagnostics. You can request deletion in the apps or, without signing in, on the public account-deletion page. Some operational, tax, safety, payment, and legal records may need to be retained or de-identified.
