Halifax’s 2020 Clayton Park West study covers multiple-dwelling sites near Dunbrack, Willett and Lacewood east of Dunbrack. It is a defined study cluster, not every home in Clayton Park.[1]
Buildings
The 2020 report records mainly low-rise apartments in that study area, several townhouse properties and few single-unit dwellings. Its historical site description must not be treated as a current inventory of vacancies.[1]
