The City places the West End and Stanley Park west of Downtown, with Gastown, Chinatown and Strathcona to the east. Those different neighbourhoods should not be collapsed into one loading-location description.[1]

Vancouver’s Downtown description identifies Triangle West as a choice-of-use area, with office, residential, hotel or combined development. Confirm the actual premises type rather than assuming every central address is an apartment.[1]
Parking
Vancouver’s parking-information poster assigns commercial loading zones to vehicles holding the City’s commercial vehicle permit, for up to 30 minutes. Bus, taxi and other reserved zones have their own users.[2]
